An IT department, without hiring one.
One monthly fee covers monitoring, maintenance, security, backups, and support for every computer and every person on your team.
What's included
- Help desk. Phone, email, or ticket. Most problems get fixed remotely. We come out when something needs hands on it.
- Monitoring and maintenance. Every workstation, server, and network device watched around the clock. Patches go out on a schedule.
- Backup and recovery. Servers and Microsoft 365 backed up, tested, and restorable. We run test restores instead of trusting the backup log.
- Endpoint security. Managed antivirus and EDR on every machine, with alerts routed to a person.
- Microsoft 365 security. MFA enforced, conditional access, mailbox rules audited, phishing protection tuned.
- Security awareness training. Short monthly lessons and simulated phishing so your staff recognizes the real thing.
- Network and firewall management. Firewall rules, Wi‑Fi, VPN for remote workers, and vendor coordination with your ISP and software providers.
- Quarterly reviews. What broke, what we fixed, what's aging out, and what to budget for.
Who this is for
Small and growing businesses where a down morning costs real money, and nobody on staff signed up to be the IT person.
The expensive outage is the one nobody saw coming. Our job is to see it coming. We monitor your systems, patch them, test the backups, and handle the small stuff before it turns into the kind of day that stops the business.
A typical month
| Every day | Monitoring alerts reviewed, backups verified, help desk tickets worked |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Patch windows, security log review, M365 sign-in risk check |
| Monthly | Awareness training lesson, phishing simulation, report to you |
| Quarterly | On-site review, hardware lifecycle check, budget planning |
How pricing works
Flat monthly rate per user, with servers and network devices priced separately. No hourly surprises for covered work.
Every business is set up differently, so we quote after a short assessment of your users, devices, and what's already in place. You get a single monthly number and a clear list of what it covers.
Project work (new offices, cabling, POS migrations) is quoted separately.
Common questions
We already have someone we call. Why change?
Break/fix works until the day it doesn't. The morning your server won't boot or a ransomware email gets through, what matters is whether the backups were tested, whether someone was already looking, and whether the fix is covered. With a managed plan, the answer to all three is yes.
Do we have to buy new equipment?
No. We start with what you have, tell you what's fine and what isn't, and plan replacements around your budget.
Can you support our line-of-business software?
Yes. We coordinate with your vendors (POS, accounting, industry software) so you have one number to call. We've done point-of-sale migrations, accounting system moves, and custom integrations.
Are you local?
Greenville based. We serve Easley, Anderson, Spartanburg, Pickens, and across Upstate South Carolina, on site when needed.
